Our Story

 

We have one goal, and it is to help our brewing friends get branded gear to help rep and promote their breweries. Whether it is to wear while they work, or to put in their taprooms for retail, we want to craft your gear!

Brewery Shoppe is a division of Reliance Graphics, Inc. Reliance has been in business for over 27 years helping customers get their logo on corporate apparel and/or promotion items.

 The Brewery Shoppe became a subsidiary of Reliance due to an increase in brewery customers and because we wanted to specialize in making sure we are on top of styles and trends in the brewing industry.

 Our website has some of our predetermined options for products and/or designs, but if you need an specifically custom order (or don't see exactly what you are looking for), please email info@breweryshoppe.com and we will help you walk through some more extensive options.

We are a team of actual humans, who enjoy working with other humans. So if you want to walk through your options with one of us, we are happy to schedule a call or a visit to go over options and show you some samples of what we do.

How the Process Works

Step 1: Customer places order on website

Step 2: Brewery Shoppe is notified of order

Step 3: Brewery Shoppe acknowledges order confirmation

Step 4: Within 48-72 hours, Brewery Shoppe will send customer virtual proof

Step 5: Upon customer proof approval, we will start production. 

Step 6: Once in production, we will email you an estimated time of arrival for the product

                     -usually about 2 weeks after proof approval

Step 7: Upon completion, customer will be emailed whether it is ready for pick up, or when it in on the way to them.

Step 8: (And this one is optional) One of our reps will stop by to have a beer and keep our relationship going. 

 

Returns Policy

As a common practice in the promotional products industry, we cannot accept returns for items unless there is a material defect, or if there is a misprint that differs from the approved proof. We will also not accept returns for incorrect sizing, but if you have questions before hand about the fit of certain items, we will be happy to address those. 

Email us at customerservice@breweryshoppe.com within 14 days of receiving the items if you want to inquire about a return/refund. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

While we need to have some sort of returns policy in writing, we are human beings that are happy to work through any issues with you! We stand by our products and service 100% and do not want to leave any customer unsatisfied. 


Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
